Funnel Juice Terms of Use

1. About Funnel Juice

Funnel Juice helps you understand your App Store portfolio, compare performance and evaluate prices. It is provided by the developer identified on its App Store product page ("we", "us"). Contact: funnel-juice-app@tony.expert.

Funnel Juice is an independent product. It is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Apple. Apple and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.

2. Your access and responsibilities

Connect only Apple developer accounts and reports you are authorized to access. Keep your device and API keys secure, use the least permissions needed and comply with your agreements with Apple and applicable law. Do not use Funnel Juice to bypass Apple's access controls or obtain another person's private data.

The application license is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, unless a separate valid custom EULA is supplied with your App Store purchase. These terms describe the product's services and do not replace that license or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. App Store purchases, billing and refund requests are subject to Apple's applicable terms and your statutory rights.

3. Apple APIs, reports and availability

Funnel Juice uses Apple's official App Store Connect APIs and official reports made available for your account. Apple controls their availability, permissions, publication schedules, historical coverage, privacy thresholds, revisions and supported features. Data available on an Apple web dashboard may not yet be available through an API or downloadable report.

Reports can arrive late, omit information, be corrected or become unavailable. Apple may change, restrict or discontinue an API or report. We cannot promise continuous access, a particular refresh time, complete historical data or exact agreement between sources with different definitions or reporting boundaries. Background refresh and notifications also depend on iOS scheduling, your device settings, connectivity and permissions.

When enabled, report notifications are created locally after a successful refresh. Funnel Juice limits them to at most one summary notification per refresh rather than promising a separate notification for every sale, refund, review or other report event. A notification may be delayed, grouped or omitted by iOS and is not proof that Apple has published every event for the period.

We aim to distinguish unavailable data from measured zeroes and to show the source and period of a result. Check the underlying Apple reports when a number is important to a business, accounting or tax decision. Apple controls actual settlement and payouts; displayed proceeds are not necessarily money already paid to your bank account.

4. Comparisons, currency estimates and price changes

Conversion comparisons and experiment results are estimates based on the available observations and their reporting boundaries. They are not promises of additional purchases, revenue or profit, and an observed change does not by itself prove that a price caused it. Regional purchasing-power indicators describe markets, not the wealth or willingness to pay of an individual customer.

Converted currency amounts are informational estimates, not transaction, settlement, accounting or tax rates. Funnel Juice records the provider, requested date, rate date and retrieval time for accepted exchange-rate evidence. When a rate provider is unavailable, the app may keep using the last valid locally cached quote and try to update it later. That quote can be stale, can have a rate date different from the report event date and can differ from Apple's conversion or the amount ultimately paid. Native report currency and Apple's official financial records remain authoritative.

You decide which price, territories and dates to submit. Review them before confirming: a change can reduce proceeds or end an existing experiment early. A suggested price, local draft or pending request is not proof that Apple has accepted or applied it. Confirm the resulting status in Funnel Juice or App Store Connect, especially after a connection error. Avoid blindly repeating a request whose outcome is uncertain.

Disconnecting Funnel Juice, deleting local data or uninstalling the app does not cancel a price schedule already accepted by Apple. Manage that schedule in App Store Connect or through an available, confirmed price-change action. Funnel Juice does not guarantee uninterrupted monitoring or an automatic reversal at a particular time.

5. Local data and privacy

Report processing and storefront price history stay on your device. You control exports and are responsible for the recipients and storage locations you choose. Clearing local history can remove experiments and analysis that cannot be fully reconstructed from Apple's currently available reports. Disconnecting an API key does not revoke it at Apple; revoke a compromised key in App Store Connect.

6. Service limits and your legal rights

We take reasonable care in developing Funnel Juice, but software and external services can fail. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and its estimates are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation or a particular commercial result. They do not replace professional accounting, tax, legal or investment advice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or lost expected revenue arising from reliance on forecasts, unavailable Apple data or your pricing decisions. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies, fraud, willful misconduct or other non-excludable liability. Nothing in these terms waives your statutory rights.

7. Updates and contact

Features may evolve as Apple changes its services. If these terms change, we will publish the revised text with its effective date and provide any notice or obtain any agreement required by applicable law. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights you already have. You may stop using Funnel Juice at any time.
